I am actually growing sick of big headed musicians (not including Todd) and hollywood pompous asses pushing their political views on me. This may be out of place, but while we're on the topic of Johnny Cougar, I was also hoping for at least one Mellencampesque rock anthem type track on his latest release. Instead, all I got was reminder after reminder about how f'ing old he's getting. I can't wait to raise my warm $8 budweiser to the great Mellen-choly as he rocks "Don't need this Body" onstage at Memorial Hall.
