I'm glad I am not the only one who loves to sing out LOUD to Kelly Clarkson! In fact I had a similiar conversation with someone a few months ago when I admitted to being a fan. They made some snobby comment about not knowing a single song she has ever made ("I never listen to the radio"). I explained that I am comfortable with my musical tastes enough to listen to the radio and crank up and sing along to kelly clarkson, lady gaga, black eyed peas, etc. Sometimes I just want to have fun with music and escape my thoughts, not be thoughtfully stimulated by the likes of other musicians. I love all music and appreciate the musicality of any genre, whether it is my own personal preference or not. I'd rather love crappy music than no music at all!
