Phish played the classic Rolling Stones album Exile on Main Street in front of 40,000 fans in the desert. Rock Minutes is not Phish fans but we do love Exile on Main Street. Phish is now a 2 on a scale of 1-10.

Madison Square Garden hosted two monumental concerts over the weekend celebrating the 25th anniversary of The Rock N’ Roll Hall Fame. Night one lasted over 6 hours and night two included U2 and Mick Jagger performing the Rolling Stones classic “Gimme Shelter”.

I think in the history of modern music there have been several movements that have been very interesting to read about or if you are lucky enough to live through and witness. These are moments in history where the stars have aligned and special things have happened. I am 37 years old so I feel like I have missed a lot of these moments.
